Does anyone have or know the recipe for Ralph's grocery store chicken salad? Or something similiar, perhaps?

I love their chicken salad and would like to know a recipe that is exact or something similiar to the taste of it. Thanks.Does anyone have or know the recipe for Ralph's grocery store chicken salad? Or something similiar, perhaps?
I don't know about the Chicken Salad at Ralph's but here's a recipe I've used and like a lot:

Isn't it INCREDIBLE! I think they use their extra fried chicken, with julienne red %26amp; green peppers, but I'm not sure what the dressing is. I thought it might be a rice wine vinegarette, but not sure...I haven't tasted anything like it anywhere else. I sure hope someone gives you the recipe! ** ...... You're going to get all sorts of recipes. We should tell them that it's made with strips of fried chicken, julienne red %26amp; green peppers, and a spicy (maybe Mexican) vignarette dressing, which tastes like it might be rice vinegar...
Where in the world is Ralph's grocery store? I have to get some of that chicken salad NOW ! !

I make a simple chicken salad,,, I use skinned chicken breasts, boil with salt and pepper, also a little onion.

I shred the chicken when cool, chop up the onion, dice celery very fine and serve on a bed of lettuce. Sometimes i will add seedless grapes.

I can't wait to see what other recipes you get !
I worked at a deli and we made it from scratch like this: boil chickenbreasts in salted water with onion and celery.cook till done. take hellmans mayonnaise3 hard boiled eggs ,fresh chopped celery ,and onion, salt to taste and cut up cooled chicken . Fold all together use as much hellmans as you want to make it creamy.
