I live In Ohio and I want a Cheap Recipe For the best Chicken Breast dish with sides!?

Im from Ohio too!

Here's what you would like! I marinated the chicken breasts (cut into strips) in the Italian salad dressing for 6 hrs or overnight. Once you're ready to cook, dip the chicken into egg batter and then roll them with bread crumbs, put them in the skillet with crisco to cook them til tender, watch so the coating wont burn.

Then serve them with mashed potatoes, Lipton Noodles chicken flavor pasta (comes in a packet) and corn.

you probably done this already but this is one of my kids fave...4 large chicken breast cooked deboned and shredded...then combine 1 can chicken w mushrooms soup, 1 8oz sour cream and 2 cups shredded cheese then mix with cooked chopped chicken....spread evenly in casserole dish. Then crumble one sleeve Ritz crackers and pour a couple melt tablespoons of butter or marg. Toss it in crackers and then spread on chicken mixture. Bake for 20-30 minutes on 350 degree oven. Serve with two colorful veggies like steamed carrots and green beans or wild rice....enjoy :)I live In Ohio and I want a Cheap Recipe For the best Chicken Breast dish with sides!?
Pound out the chicken breasts, salt %26amp; pepper and spread plain white yogurt over them. Dredge in best quality seasoned bread crumbs and let sit in fridge for an hour or so. You could even prepare these in the afternoon for evening dinner.

Note that you should store them in the following manner: Wrap a plate with plastic wrap. Place a piece of breaded chicken on top, cover with plastic and lay another piece and continue until done. This keeps the breading from sticking to the plate and keeps the pieces from sticking to each other.

Fry in good quality olive oil on one side until golden and then the other side.

Sides:

Brussels sprouts or sweet peas

%26amp;

Mashed potatoes and gravy

Or

Broccoli rabe

%26amp;

French fries
I do the recipe on the back of most Cambell's cream of mushroom soup - easy chicken bake with rice. When using regular white rice (not the instant or quick cook) use 3/4 c. rice and 1 1/2 c water.
