Chicken pot pie recipe with crescent rolls as the crust/topping?

I used to have a recipe using sour cream, a can of veg-all, 1 or 2 [I can't remember] cans of chicken, and some kind of soup, either chicken broth or cream of chicken. I've lost it now but I would really like to make it- does anyone have the recipe or can anyone find it on the web? I've been looking for forever.

Thanks!!Chicken pot pie recipe with crescent rolls as the crust/topping?
