Recipe for takeaway-style salt and pepper chicken?

I'm looking for an authentic recipe for this takeaway meal, which has fried chicken strips in a spicy coating, and is normally served with onions and peppers. I think it's a Cantonese dish.

Thanks.Recipe for takeaway-style salt and pepper chicken?
