I use frozen wings and sprinkle them with black pepper, cayenne pepper, and a generic spicy seasoned salt. I cook them at 425 degrees for 35 minutes, drain and flip them, sprinkle the other side and cook for 20 more minutes to get them crispy. Brush them with a 75/25% mixture of Food Lion hot wing sauce and honey, then pour a little in the bottom of the pan so the bottoms get saucy. Cook for 15 more minutes and you end up with spicy, sweet, sticky, crunchy hot wings!Does any one know a good chicken wing recipe?
Marinate the chicken with salt, chillipowder, Pepper,Ginger Garlic paste, Turmeric and Lemon for about an hour.
Then add cornflour to the marinated chicken wings and deep fry.
Tasty Chicken Wings are ready to eat.

Ingredients
Chicken legs - 6 pieces
Onions(chopped) - 2 nos
Tomato paste - 3 tbsp
Garlic powder - 1/2 tsp
Ginger powder - 1/2 tsp
Chicken Masala powder - 2 tbsp
Chilly powder - 1 tsp
Salt - As reqd
Preparation Method
First, you need to have all these powders that I have mentioned. Basically it reduces the time %26amp; effort chopping tomatoes/ginger/garlic etc. Unfortunately I didnt find `Onion powder` yet.. but those folks who can get them somewhere can replace it with the chopped Onions.
1)Heat oil in a pressure cooker.
2)Fry the chopped onions until golden brown.
3)Add the rest of the ingredients and stir along with chicken.
4)Pour 1/2 glass of water and let the pressure cooker whistle 2-3 times.
:- If you feel too hungry carefully take the pressure cooker into the kitchen sink and pour cold water on top to reduce the pressure inside and gain quick access to BACHELORS-Chicken!
ok, close to the buffalo recipie but with a milder twist. fry the wing like he said but with the sauce you need 1 bottle of texas pete, 1/2 bottle of red's hot sauce, 1 stick of butter and just a little mustard. mix all in frying pan til butter is melted and toss in the wings. the texas pete and mustard cut the heat of the red's. but you have to have the red's!!!!!!!
I have a good one here goes. 2 packets Good Seasons Italian Salad dressing, 1/2 stick of butter, 1 bottle La Victoria hot sauce (not salsa), 1 lemon juiced, Pour all ingredients into a pot and heat till it boils, turn off. Now dip the wings into the sauce and place in baking pan, cook in 350 oven until done about 45 minutes depending on how big the chicken wings are. My family loves it.

This is how it is done in Buffalo
1) Breaded wings are not wings
2) serve with blue cheese - not ranch
3) serve with carrots and celery
Cook in fryer at 400 for 10 minutes - they will float, then wait 3 minutes longer - otherwise they are soggy
shaken with franks hot sauce for hot
50/50 mix with butter for medium
do not cover - steam will remove the crispyness.
**** franks is a cayenne pepper sauce if you can't get any - then I feel sorry for you
