Try this if you like:

1. In a small pot with a lid add one inch of water and steam your broccoli until it is tender and then place it aside on to a dish.

2. Put a generous amount of olive oil (finger nail high) in a pan and quick fry your chicken pieces (one inch cubes) until golden brown and place them also in a bowl.

3. Wipe your pan clean and add more olive oil (med. temp) and put in the garlic, onions, tomatoes, oregano, salt and pepper quickly stirring it at the same time. Also add about a half cup of red wine also stirring it briskly lower the heat to a simmer and then add in your broccoli and chicken and let it simmer until the broccoli and chicken can be easily spread apart with a fork.

4. In a bigger pot add water and bring it to a boil (be careful not to burn yourself) and be sure to add to the water a teaspoon or tablespoon of water ( depending on the size of pot) by doing so will prevent the pasta from sticking together. Once the water is boiling throw in your pasta and cook it until it is some what firm but not limp.

5. Once the pasta is done drain it and at the same time run cold water over it and then place it in a serving dish.

6. At this time pour all of your wonderful ingredients over the pasta and serve it hot or if you prefer cold during a hot summer evening. Be sure to have some tasty Romano cheese to sprinkle over it.

7. You may want to top it off with French bread and a good Red Wine

Bono Petite,
I would make a pasta stir fry like the one on the link. Just add what you have.
Here is a fun experiment!

Put the chicken in olive oil and lime juice and garlic and some spice and marinate for an hour or 24 hours. Then grill the chicken and tomatoes on the grill. Take the onions and broccoli some seasonings and maybe some garlic and stir fry in a little olive oil. Boil up the pasta and throw it all together. Bet it would taste great. Sprinkle some parmesan cheese before you eat! Mmmm... Wish I could come over for dinner!

yeah, cook the pasta and set it aside, then cook the chicken and season it however you would like. and then take the brocoli, tomatoes and cut them up and then put aside, cut the chicken into small peices and add to past with vegetables as well. Poor a tacky dressing on top.

DIRECTIONS

Cook pasta according to package directions; rinse under cold water. Drain. In a large bowl, whisk together the broth, vinegar, oil, garlic, sugar, basil and salt. Add pasta, broccoli, tomatoes, pepper and Parmesan and toss to coat. Yield: 8 servings.
Chop up some onions. Fill a deep pot w/ water %26amp; a tsp. of oil in it, %26amp; turn burner under it to Medium/High. In a fry pan, add a little canola or corn oil %26amp; saute the onions until clear, add the chicken and brown it on both sides, then turn burner down to Medium/Low %26amp; add in the tomatoes (fresh or canned). IF you have these, add some garlic and italian herbs like oregano %26amp; basil. When the water in the pot begins to boil, add the pasta to it - cook the pasta about 10 minutes or until ';al dente'; - that is when it is cooked but slightly firm. Let the chicken cook for about 20 -30 minutes from start to finish. Cook the broccoli in a small pot of boiling water on high for about 7-10 minutes. OK, now drain the pasta, top it with the chicken and tomato sauce and serve the broccoli on the side. You can add a little salt %26amp; butter to the broccoli. Voila - a yummy dinner in about 30 minutes.
