I made some chicken breasts that are seasoned w/ a little salt, pepper, oregeno.
I have alot of cheese:
I have shredded mozzerella, parmesan, and some mixed italian cheese blend that has asiago and romano in it.
I also have milk, butter, and flour.
I am thinking of making a sauce by using butter, a tiny flour, milk, and the cheeses, then tossing it w/ some spaghetti noodles and putting the sliced chicken on top.
How does that sound? Any suggestions??Chicken and pasta for dinner, help with recipe please?
That sounds yummy... or if you have spaghetti sauce, you can put a little sauce on top of the chicken breasts, top with cheese, bake under the broiler for a few minutes and you have chicken parmesan (minus the fatty breading on the chicken). BAKED CHEESE - CHICKEN BREASTS
4 chicken breast halves, skinned %26amp; boned (about 1 lb.)
1/4 c. blue cheese salad dressing
2 tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
Place breasts in greased baking dish. Paint chicken with salad dressing. Bake at 375 degrees for 25 minutes. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and bake 5 more minutes. Glaze under broiler to brown, if desired. Serves 4.
u dont need any help!! that is whats for dinner!!! but i would u rotini or pasta shells or some sort of small shell for noodles instead of regular spaghetti.
but other than that, that is an exquisite idea for a meal
