Sounds like you need to by Udon or Soba noodles from a Japanese/Chinese supermarket. Udon are the really thick ones, soba are more like spaghetti - pictures on the wiki pages...Where can i find a place or recipe to make the souplantion noodles from the chicken noodle soup?
