Please tell me an easy recipe for chicken biriyani.please!!!!!!!!!!!?

i need an easy recipe but tasty also. if somebody knows it in a pc please tell.Please tell me an easy recipe for chicken biriyani.please!!!!!!!!!!!?
Chicken Biriyani





Ingredients





Basmati Rice 2 cups


Ginger/garlic - 1/4 cup (Chop equal amounts of garlic and ginger)


Onion finely chopped - 1/2 cup


Green Chillies 5-6


Chicken - 1 kg (Chopped, cleaned and marinated for a few minutes in a blend of yogurt (2tbsp), and a pinch of turmeric)


1 tsp Chilli Powder


1 tsp Coriander Powder


1/2 tsp Pepper Powder


1 tsp Turmeric


A pinch of Kesar Powder or any Red Food Color


Salt to taste.


1/2 cup of Mint and Coriander together


Cinnamon - 1 stick


Cloves 3-4


Bay leaves 3.





Method :








Grind the chillies, ginger/garlic, and some onions and half of the mint-coriander mixture.


Fry the cloves, cinnamon and bay leaves in a cooker. When the cloves pop add the onions and fry till golden brown.


Now add the remaining mint-coriander leaves and fry. When it gives an aroma add the chicken and the ground masala. Add all the spices and salt and cook the chicken until the cooker whistles once. (Do not over cook the chicken. It must be only about 75% done). When the weight cools off, remove the lid and filter the juice from the chicken. Leave the chicken in the cooker. The water will be thick add enough water to it to make four cups of it. Pour it back into the cooker.


Let it boil and now add the rice. Stir once and keep the lid of the cooker upside down and close. Keep checking once in a while till the rice is done.Please tell me an easy recipe for chicken biriyani.please!!!!!!!!!!!?

Ingredients:


鈥?2 Cups washed and drained rice


鈥?1 kg Boneless chicken meat


鈥?A Small piece of ginger


鈥?5 Dried red chillies


鈥?2 Sliced medium onions


鈥?5 Mint leaves


鈥?2 Medium size chopped tomatoes


鈥?3 Large peeled and chopped potatoes


鈥?3 tbsp butter


鈥?3 Cloves


鈥?1/2 tsp Turmeric powder


鈥?3 Pods cardamoms


鈥?2 Inch cinnamon stick


鈥?4 Cups water


鈥?Salt to taste





Cooking Instructions:


鈥?Take a food processor and make a paste of ginger, garlic and chillies.


鈥?Fry the onions for about 5 to 7 minutes in butter till they turn golden brown.


鈥?Now remove the onions and put them separate.


鈥?Fry the garlic-ginger-chillies paste in the same pan used for onions. Fry for 3 to 4 minutes.


鈥?Now add meat and fry again for about 7 to 8 minutes. At the end of cooking, meat should be half cooked.


鈥?Add chopped cinnamon, cardamoms, cloves, mint leaves, turmeric, tomatoes and salt. Fry for about 2 minutes.


鈥?Add 2 cups of water and cook till the meat is almost done.


鈥?Add rice and potatoes. Add rest of the water and cover it.


鈥?Cook on very low flame for about 15 to 20 minutes till the rice gets cooked.


鈥?Chicken Biryani is ready to serve.


鈥?Garnish the dish with fried onions.
