      Salsa Ranch Salad Dressing
      1 cup mayonaise
      1/2 cup low fat or fat free plain yogurt
      1/4 cup milk
      1 teaspoon onion powder
      1 teaspoon garlic powder
      1 teaspoon dill
      Salsa to taste
