I can use basically any ingredients, it is smallish cuts of white meat cooked with potatoes in a pan.What is a good recipe for sauce that will go over grilled chicken and potatoes?
With the ingredients you mentioned grilled cut chicken pieces and potatoes,


* I would generally fry up about 1/2 a Spanish onion to start, * then add to the golden browned onions your seasoned with salt, pepper garlic precooked cubed or sliced grilled chicken pieces and set aside.


*peel and cube your potatoes which can be quickly cooked in the microwave or the traditional way on the stove.


*Drain away the water and add them to your pan of onions and chicken in the same non stick fry pan


If you like mashed potatoes do the work and just make the gravy without adding the potatoes to the fry pan.


* At this point you could add 1 cup of water mixed with 1 tsp chicken soup base powder and 1 tsp flour, to the pan of all the previously cooked ingredients and heat for about 5 minutes on low heat.
