What is the recipe for the sauce in the chinese dish chicken and mushrooms, all I know is it is brown?

I have been trying to find out the sauce. I've found that is is the brown sauce usually made with the chicken and mushroom dish.What is the recipe for the sauce in the chinese dish chicken and mushrooms, all I know is it is brown?
Cashew Chicken Sauce





1 Chicken Bouillion Cube


1 Cup Water


1 Tablespoon Corn Starch


1 1/2 Teaspoons Oyster Sauce


Chopped Green Onions


Cashews





1. Boil water and dissolve bouillion cube


2. Remove from heat and let cool to lukewarm


3. Add corn starch and oyster sauce


4. Cook over medium low heat, stirring constantly till thickened


5. Serve over chicken and rice





You can triple this recipe if you really like this sauce

You cannot make it. It is not worth the trouble. It comes in a bottle. Try the most common Asian brown sauce. It is called Oyster sauce. It does NOT contain Oysters! You can find it in most grocery store's specialty sections now a days, or surely any chinese specialty store. It is also used in the Beef W/Broccoli dish.
