I love this one-dish recipe. It's like a Reuben sandwich but with chicken. Get a large can or bag of sauerkraut and drain about 2/3 of the liquid and place sauerkraut and the rest of the liquid on the bottom of a 9x13'; pan and spread out. Add boneless breasts on top of that with Thousand Island or Russian dressing on the chicken. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. Add Swiss cheese on top and cook for another 5-10 minutes. Variations can be made with the type of cheese, dressing, etc., but I think it's awesome and the whole meal is in one pan - my favorite kind to cook.
add chopped onion and 2 claves of garlic and 2 chopped tomato and 1 chopped green pepper + 1 can of mushroom, and add salt, pepper, curri and basils + 2 spoons of olive oil alladd to the chicken, then put on medium cook for 20 - 30 min

Easy chicken......1 kg chicken pieces, 3 tbsps oil, 1 tbsp prepared mustard, 1 tsp soy sauce, 1 tsp grated root ginger, 3 tbsps red currant jelly, 1 tbsp worcestershire sauce, 1 cup orange juice, 1 tbsp DYC white vinegar, salt and black pepper.
Remove skin and fat from chicken. Heat oil in a large frying pan. Add chicken pieces and cook until golden on both sides. Remove chicken and drain oil from pan. In a bowl, combine mustard, soy sauce, ginger, red currant jelly, worcestershire sauce and orange juice. Add to pan and bring to the boil, stirring occasionally, Return chicken to pan. Cover, reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes or util juices run clear when tested. Stir in vinegar. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serves 4 to 6 people.
Put the Chicken Breasts in a shallow baking pan then cover with Cream of Mushroom soup or Cream of Chicken soup. Cover with foil and bake 35-45 minutes at 350 degrees.

1 can of cream of mushroom soup
1 bag frozen broccolli
1 pouch Lipton onion soup mix
Mix 1 can of creamed soup and 1 can water; add frozen broccoli and pour over chicken breast; pour lipton onion soup mix evenly over chicken breast; cover and cook for 45 minutes on 350 degrees!
I always just stick them in the oven in a pan with a little oil, whatever seasonings I have on hand, and some frozen veggies. It's quick to prepare but you have to leave it in the oven a while.
use a long shallow baking dish and First take a pouch of Lipton sidedish rice, your choice, add 2 1/4 cups of water, mix in throughly, just lay boneless chicken breasts on top of rice( dont cover and bake at 375 degrees for about 45 minutes, check the rice mixture after 30 minutes and mix around the rice a bit and maybe add a drop of water if needed, throw in any frozen veggiesat you might have around at the start.. and. WAAALAA easy instant dinner , make a salad and you are finished... enjoy
