you can always make a fried rice dish...add some veggies, and throw in the chicken with the rice and there you have it. yummmm
Might be nice to mix into some kind of orange-Asian style salad?
You could make a wrap with some rice, chicken, pepper strips and extra sauce.
Or stir fry some veggies, add the chicken back in and serve on rice or noodles.
that would make an awesome Caesar salad topping or regular salad.....I love chicken Caesar Salads....now you have me hungry
fry it and freeze it, or enjoy it cold if fried as snack
buy a loaf of french bread and make subs with it or cook up some asian veggies and rice
